Chili Cook-Off
From 1989 to 1999 Johnny Keeton Studios held a very special event each year in Brussels, Belgium
during Decosit.
The Amigo Hotel opened their door to a special group of worldwide textile personalities. Considered
"Neutral Ground" suppliers and buyers met for years in a small, hot, packed area to experience a bit
of Americana.
Over the years the Chili Cook-Off was sponsored by Johnny Keeton Studios and later Fabrics and
Furnishings International and HFN Magazine.
In Heimtextil 2000, the U.S Department of Commerce did a theme reception, " The Johnny Keeton
Studios Chili Cook-Off ".
